You must obtain an RMA# (return authorization #) from a member of our customer service team prior to sending items back to us or your return may not be accepted. All discontinued/clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customized or personalized items are non-returnable. Opti-Pak will cover return shipping fees only if the item is incorrect or defective. Your account will be credited within 5-7 business days of us receiving the item(s) back to our warehouse.
