Stock Orders: Generally ship same or next business day
In-House Imprinting Orders: Standard production time is 10-14 business days once artwork is approved (although many orders ship even sooner). This is applicable to most in stock items and repeat orders. This timeline is subject to item availability.
1 Day Rush Service – add 35% of total order price.
2 Day Rush Service – add 30% of total order price.
Standard Rush Service – add 20% of total order price.
This applies to any order requested to be completed before 10 days from artwork confirmation. Orders and artwork must be received before 10:00 am EST and must be confirmed before 12:00 pm EST for production to begin that day. If the order's, artwork confirmation is received after the above cut off time – production begins the next business day. Rush orders must indicate ‘Rush Service – 1 Day’, ‘Rush Service – 2 Day’ or ‘Standard Rush Service’. Otherwise, standard production times will apply.
All Rush services are dependent upon item availability, problem free photo ready artwork and acceptance of rush fees.
Quantities over 3,000 pcs are generally produced overseas and require approximately 12-14 weeks from confirmation of artwork and deposit payments. For rush orders, part of your order may be available sooner, although not guaranteed. A $350.00 service fee + all air based charges will be added to final invoice. Opti-Pak will not be held responsible for delayed or missing shipments.
Opti-Pak will not be responsible for any production delays due to incomplete or inaccurate information on purchase orders and/or payment problems.
Charges include 1 standard color, standard location print. There are additional charges associated with additional prints and other add-ons. Some print styles may require additional lead time.
Specialty colors are available for an additional $35.00.
Custom color prints are an additional $95.00
When ordering a custom color imprint, Opti-Pak makes every possible effort to match colors as close as possible to the assigned PMS or custom colors. We do not guarantee an exact color match. Please review all proofs carefully.
There is no setup charge for exact duplicates of previous orders (aka repeat orders).
Opti-Pak is not responsible for errors on repeat orders due to corrections that were not indicated to us or inaccurate information. Artwork will remain on file for 2 years from initial order date.
Artwork for in-house and custom orders can be uploaded on our website when placing your order or emailed together with your order to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will need you to send us photo ready artwork in the following formats: AI, EPS or PDF. Photo ready artwork refers to a clear, high quality (300 dpi and above), VECTORIZED logo or image with ruled lines larger than 5 points. When submitting photo ready artwork, typesetting is free of charge.
If you don’t have the above, we can create a logo or vectorize poor quality logos. The first 30 minutes of editing is free of charge, additional time is billed at $40 per half hour.
Unless a specific size and location is indicated, Opti-Pak will determine the most appropriate size and location of your imprint.
All new orders receive e-artwork free of charge for your review and confirmation.
All confirmed/edited artworks must be sent to Opti-Pak via email or fax for the order to be confirmed.
Changes in artwork may delay your order. No changes can be made to the artwork once it has been approved.
All overseas orders of 3,000 pcs or more receive a pre-production sample free of charge.
Standard sample production time is 14-21 business days from confirmation of artwork/deposit.
Pre-production samples must be confirmed in writing before the order production can begin.
Pre-production samples are not available on rush orders.

Orders ship via FedEx ground unless otherwise requested. Orders exceeding 20 cartons may require a freight delivery. A customer service representative will call to discuss this shipping option if it is applicable.
We cannot ship to a PO Box. C.O.D. shipments are not available.
All standard ground shipping rates are subject to change without notice.
We will do our best to ensure that the merchandise leaves our warehouse in a timely manner. Once it leaves our premises Opti-Pak will not be held responsible for delayed or missing shipments. Please contact us immediately if you suspect a missing order.
All prices are subject to change without notice. Any changes made to an order via phone, after it has been received by Opti-Pak must be confirmed via email or by fax.
Opti-Pak assumes when artwork has been submitted for reproduction this artwork was submitted in full compliance with the laws governing copyright, trademarks, etc. Purchasers, by placing these orders, agree not to hold Opti-Pak responsible for any damages, costs and/or expenses incurred under these laws as a consequence of our use of said artwork.
